From Wednesday-Friday onwards it will only be applicable for QLD, NSW & VIC Metro.

For orders within Australia, we offer StarTrack Super Express Post  with nationwide delivery.

Estimated Express Delivery Times:

  • QLD – 1–2 business days

  • NSW – 1–2 business days

  • VIC (Metro) – 1–2 business days

  • VIC (Remote) – 1–5 business days

  • SA – 3–6 business days

  • WA – 3–6 business days

Additionally, our Express Shipping option includes full protection. In the rare case of a lost or damaged parcel, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement—guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility:
All shipping times provided are subject to the policies and procedures of Auspost & StarTrack, Australia's premier shipping company. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, the actual delivery timeframe is out of our control & solely the responsibility of Auspost or StarTrack, though in this instance we are happy to assist you in any way we can. 

Late Deliveries:
In the event that your product arrives later than expected, especially if you've opted for StarTrack Super Express Shipping, please contact StarTrack directly to lodge a dispute with your name. We recommend promptly addressing any issues directly to expedite resolution.

Liability for Delays:
Gender Reveal Ideas cannot be held liable for delays or late arrivals of packages once they are in the possession of our Couriers. While we ensure same-day shipping and endeavour to fulfil orders promptly, once the package is in transit, we relinquish control over the delivery process. Our estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are generally accurate, but we advise ordering your products at least 12 days before any planned events, such as a reveal party, to mitigate potential delays.

No Refunds for Late Deliveries:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for late parcel deliveries. While we understand the frustration of delays, our commitment is to facilitate timely dispatch, and any delays incurred during transit are beyond our control.
